Telesales Agent ( Hunting/ Farming) with ITALIAN

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of related professional experience;
- Fluency in Italian language and an intermediate level of English language;
-Good communication skills and customer oriented (Written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with assistance);
-Time management and administrative skills;
-Good eye for detail, high degree of accuracy;
-Strong analytical skills and excellent problem solving skills;
-A passion for sales and retention.

· Achieve sales plan by selling products by phone.
· Identify new customers.
· Increasing the market share of customers' products / services.
· Make your daily sales plan.
· Presents and promotes products / services on the phone by making offers to potential and existing customers.
· Continuously leveraging the market to identify new customers and increasing the market share of products.
· Keep in touch with existing customers.
· Make reports with potential customers.
· Track order picking and make proposals for possible discounts or deferrals for existing customers.
· Perform any other provisions given by the hierarchical superior or its supervisors in the company's short-term strategies within the limits of the legal basis.
