    Requirements

    •Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a collections, financial services, operations or customer service setting. You must demonstrate strong writing communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate.

    Responsibilities

    •Day to day leadership responsibilities for managing the assigned regional AR Specialist team, including interview and hiring process, performance review, training, mentoring and coaching
    •Provide subject matter expertise and escalation support for communication with internal and external parties regarding accounts receivable questions, error correction and discrepancy resolution
    •Create and maintain process procedures on assigned portfolios and provide training to individual team members
    •Drive assigned team to meet set portfolio targets; monitor and share progress on regular basis and take corrective actions when required
    •Responsible for providing direction to all day-to-day operational activities, processes and structures related to the servicing of assigned portfolio
    •Oversee accounts receivables management utilizing multiple systems
    •Review month performance reports
    •Provide advanced level of internal and external audit support as required
    •Oversee coordination of AR information requirements for Treasury department
    •Manage team to adhere to policies and procedures for the AR processes
    •Ensure accurate and prompt response/resolution of Customer inquiries
    •Provide reporting to all Stakeholders that will assist in improving the customer invoicing, cash application and collection processes
    •Collaborate with others to identify and execute process improvement initiatives
    •Partner with management and various business groups to manage customer disputes, drive issues to resolution and execute actionable items
    •Manage receivable escalations and disputes
    •Monitor aging service level and ensure targets are met
    •Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
    •Train and develop team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency
    •Delegate effectively for proper utilization of team member time and talent
    •Create, compile an analyze management reports to take appropriate action
    •Periodic team readouts to Centre Leadership
    •Lead Collection strategy execution for the assigned portfolio resulting optimal receivables performance; identify and escalate process gaps
    •Identify process inflow issues and support resolution with the Partner Country functional contacts
    •Provide forecasting inputs, estimation to the LPSC business plans.
    •Facilitate optimal communication channel between team and Clients contacts.
