What you’ll need to board the Vikings ship:

• Passion for online marketing, keeping up with the latest trends in the digital domain
• Min. 2 years of experience and successful projects in online marketing
• Ability to “speak the language” of our target audience (may that be in Romanian or in English)
• Analytical mindset and creativity
• Openness and honesty, ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Good planning skills, ability to prioritize work
• Enthusiasm, proactivity and team player attitude
• Experience with specific tools: Mailchimp, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Wordpress, Google tools

The Challenges you’ll face:

• Monitoring and improving the company’s online presence
• Updating and improving social media profiles
• Optimizing the company’s webpages for better search-engine rankings
• Creating and sending out email campaigns, newsletters
• Collecting and analyzing data to adjust online strategy based on feedback from the audience
• Executing B2B and B2C campaigns through various online marketing channels to drive lead generation
• Supporting the marketing team in creating a comprehensive inbound marketing strategy
