    Requirements

    - Handling of 1st level inquiries either by usage of Knowledge Base, or by the active collaboration with the Divisions;
    - Active involvement in the continuous development process of the project.

    Responsibilities

    - Bulgarian—advanced level; English—medium level;
    - Knowledge in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
    - Reliable and structured work;
    - Amiability, flexibility and resilience.
