•Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
•Good knowledge in passive safety, occupant protection solutions and safety protocols;
•Extensive knowledge of the occupant dynamic during crash events;
•Technical thinking, solid knowledge of the problem-solving methods and quality insurance procedures;
•Strong ability to identify the cause-effect relations;
•Proven oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills;
•Positive and creative who likes to get things done;
•Excellent command of English, other languages (e.g. French) considered a plus;
•Good ability to transfer knowledge;
•Experienced in arguing and convincing, taking into account the financial, deadline and performance aspects.
•Applies the strategy of the job and ensures consistency with the established guidelines for the expertise field;
•Contributes to benchmarks with the help of his external network, anticipating the changes and identifying the relevant partnerships;
•Develops knowledge and know-how: increases competencies in the field of expertise, continuous capitalization, registering patents;
•Contributes, together with the team members, the problem-solving files for the issues identified during project development and in the serial life;
•Contributes to the achievement and evolution of its profession standards;
•Contributes to developing the technical files construction and offers its expert opinion when requested;
•Builds a solid network of interlocutors in local and international;
•Actively attends crisis cells, including on the field, whenever the situation imposes it;
•Represents the Company and defends its interests against third parties;
•Creates sustainable performance for the Company, accompanying and guiding team members to increase competencies and maximize performance.
