    Requirements

    Technical Skills Required:

    Excellent technical support and troubleshooting skills in configuring, installing and supporting desktop / laptop computer hardware and software
    Demonstrated expertise in supporting Windows 7/10, Mac operating systems
    Expertise using and supporting Microsoft Office suite of applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Drive Encryption knowledge
    Expertise using and supporting iOS and Android mobile platforms.
    Practical experience of systems and network management technologies;
    Printer administration
    Soft Skills Required

    · Fluent written and spoken English.

    · Strong customer service skills.

    · Excellent communications.

    · Delivery oriented

    · Ability to work independently and in a team environment

    · Problem analysis and resolution skills;

    · Quality-focused approach; drive for excellence

    · A second foreign language is advantageous but not required.

    Education/Work Experience

    Relevant third level education or practical experience.
    · At least 2-3 years experience in IT support

    Relevant industry certifications (MCSE; CCNA; CCNP; etc.) can be a plus

    Responsibilities

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Second level IT incident management including analysis, diagnosis and remote resolution of desktop software/hardware problems
    Problem management and creation of IT knowledge base documentation.
    Participate to IT global teams on selected technologies to support and manage the company's IT systems and services.
    IT support to Oracle events and Executives.
    New Hire and Executive calls coverage
    Liaising with third parties / suppliers to resolve technical issues.
    Back up for the Field Support engineers in the local Romanian team when required.

    Work conditions:

    Work is performed from Oracle office in Bucharest as part of the Remote Support Team
    May require after hours
    Occasionally may require travelling in country and abroad.
