For our client, a well-known leading IT & BPM services provider across the entire spectrum of Travel, Transportation and Hospitality domain we are looking for an Airline Travel AgentAirline Travel Agent requirements:

- Skills in German and English is a mandatory requirement

- Good Communication and Customer Service skills, any experience in BPO / Contact center will be an added advantage

- Education qualification: Graduate in any discipline / Under graduates

- Customer Service abilities with a strong focus on solving clients requests

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook

As a part of the Contact Center team, answer inbound calls from airlines passengers and handle queries about Flights and Airport Information, as well as other aspects of airline and airport services such as online check-in, baggage queries etc.
