    1. Experience in Distributed Operating Systems (Linux and Windows)
    2. DB2 administration --> Experience in HA clustering and failover
    3. Middelware --> Experience in Middleware application security architecture and performing application deployments --> Understanding of Middleware (WAS) runtime topologies and architecture and troubleshooting experience with the ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence
    4. ICD knowledge : Analysis, Development, Installation, Training, Support , Debug, Consultancy
    5,6. BIRT , ECLIPSE -> Experience with SQL language and capability of understanding the DB model mapping with Business requriments for Report creation
    7. Capability of writing Architecture documentation ( ADD + LDD + Operational manuals on request and based on new Application developed, mapping the business requriments with technical )
    8. Experience in SOA technologies (ESB, SCA, SDO, CBE), message transport technologies (JMS,(S)FTP(S), HTTP(S), SSL), Web Services technologies (SOAP, WSDL, WS-*), data mapping and transformation technologies (XML, XSD, XSLT, XPATH), and data base
    9. Keep the bind between IBM support teams and CCAD (PMR support) when need it , we already cover a 3rd - 4th level support in house if are not IF, FP related issues.

    4. ICD product - senior -expert level
    5. SQL - avanced level
    6. Eclipse - Birt - advanced level

    9. Automation scripts (jython,python,java) - basic++/intermediate level
