    Responsabilities:

    • Performs project management related activities with projects in financial/non-financial institutions (creates project plans, coordinates resources, follows up tasks and dead-lines, monitors project stages, reports to relevant management)
    • Prepare and facilitate project planning, meetings, reviews, retrospectives
    • Analyzes and proposes improvements regarding processes and flows in order to achieve/maintain high quality services with a minimal operational risk
    • Performs business analysis of the Bank’s projects, issuing specifications and operational requirements
    • Performs acceptance tests of operational systems
    • Identifies and evaluates the risks associated and take proactive measures to mitigate them
    • Assesses project issues and identifies solutions to meet productivity, quality and business goals
    • Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, and presentations in team and/or Top Management meetings, as appropriate

     

    Requirements & skills:

    • University degree in Economics/Technical field
    • 1-2 years experience with projects (business analysis, project management)
    • Experience regarding typical banking activities, systems, procedures and applicable legislation
    • Experience with projects (IT and/or organizational – Core Banking system, Loan origination, Product Development)
    • Experience in coordinating/writing standard deliverables within projects (business case, business analysis, business and technical specifications, testing plans, user guides)
    • Good knowledge of MS Office applications of supporting business analysis activities (MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft SharePoint);
    • Professional Certifications are a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Fluency in English language, written and spoken
    • Regional market knowledge
