6 months experience in working with German speakers;
Bachelor Degree or equivalent;
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken;
Advanced PC knowledge (MS Office);
Basic technical understanding (DSL, Router);

Raising tickets in Remedy for issues raised by the customer;
Providing first level support using documented procedures and available system tools;
Documenting all the processes and procedures as required;
Managing Demand Management requests;
Joining / leading meetings corresponding to Demand Management Process;
Creating operational OE reports to provide the reports to the customer;
Documenting and tracking status information in order to prepare projects or operational meetings;
Managing the group mailbox / group phone;
Translating German requests into English.
