Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance Engineering or Technical discipline
+8 years of post educational working experience, preferably in strategy, market research, business analysis, competitive intelligence or related roles
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Highly analytical/ ability to synthesize information and derive business implications
Highly process and improvement focused, able to influence and negotiate
Excellent abilities with Microsoft Office
Experience working cross-functional/ multi-cultural teams.
A global mind-set, preferably having worked with teams in multi-region areas.

Continuously monitor and analyze macroeconomic trends
Monitor and analyze key industry and market trends as well as the wider external environment and translate trends into business implications for HBT
Build, maintain and periodically validate industry dynamics and sizing
Perform detailed company profile for HBT competitors, both established and emerging
In-depth research on global and local relevant markets analyzing a variety of primary and secondary sources and employing both qualitative and quantitative techniques
Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Evaluate expansion opportunities in core and adjacent markets and assess attractiveness of potential acquisition targets
