    Requirements

    Requirements:

    · Preferably 1 year of professional experience in administration
    · Sociable and client oriented, actively supporting all colleagues with different requests
    · Strong organizational and planning skills
    · Results oriented and constructive mindset
    · Strong PC skills and proficiency in English
    · Good communication and interpersonal skills
    · Dedication to work and willingness to take on more responsibilities
    · Quick learner and a natural solution-provider
    · Managing the workload in an efficient and structured manner
    · Friendly, cheerful and diligent
    · University degree is a plus

    Responsibilities

    Resposibilties:

    · Welcome and greet visitors, ensure meetings protocol
    · Handle all the company correspondence
    · Elaborate various administrative documents
    · Maintain relations with different suppliers, vendors, partners
    · Keep the reception area in a professional manner: clean, organized, safe
    · Manage the office supplies
    · Offer general support to the Management team
    · Provide support to the HR team on certain dedicated projects
    · Organize business trips for company employees and management
    · Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
    · Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor (HR Manager)
