SENIOR PRODUCT ENGINEER

• Automotive experience – ISOTS 16949, min. 7 years;
• Graduate engineer in relevant engineering discipline;
• PPAP/APQP concept and production process knowledge;
• Practical experience of problem solving;
• The ability to work in cross functional team;
• Project presentation and meetings reporting experience (MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Good communications skills (English - read and write).

• Full responsible for the new projects from the transfer phase to customer approval;
• Represents plant launch in project reviews, assures the customer requirements clarification;
• Escalates and follows critical items for preparation, production and shipping of new product launches/changes (product and process deviations);
• Assures engineering requirements for components and final products on pre-launch and PPAP stage (APQP, flow chart, IMDS, run@rate, capabilities study, FMEA, control plans, PPAP/VDA, feasibility studies and capacity, reports etc.);
• Supports for batches issues investigation (8Ds, audits) problem solving;
• Works with team for data collection, data analyze and requested documentation;
• Issues and assures the presence of special documentation according with customer requirements (before SOP).
