- Experience of 5 years in graphic design software (Adobe Suite);
- Fluency in English;
- Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point;
- Ability to understand and connect approaches that come from different strategic company’s needs;
- Can do attitude;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced working environment;
- Ability to accept your own limitations and to have the openness to ask questions in order to increase your knowledge or solve problems;
- Be resilient in achieving goals, deadlines and finalizing projects successfully;
- Able to concentrate at the same time on multiple projects and know how to prioritize;
- Question everything, when things can be done better and identify improvement areas;
- In a constant changing environment, show ability to develop by receiving & giving constructive feedback;

You will not only design graphics for web & print (60%) but you will decide on what materials & where it will be produced (20%). If your passion for marketing goes beyond design, you will help us manage events (10%) and will keep an eye of the expenditures for the finance department (10%).

Main Accountabilities:
- Design outstanding graphics for the needed materials, both print & web;
- Efficiently manage the budgets, keep track of expenditures;
- Coordinate the implementation of the production materials and follow-up the projects closely, making sure that the timings are in line with the established deadlines;
- As part of the implementation projects, keep in touch with other departments such as Purchasing, Project Management & Leasing;
- Manage the relationship with the creative agencies and give feedback, if needed;

The contract will be for a fixed period of 2 years, with the possibility of extension.
