Recruitment experience gained within the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Consumer electronics industries and/or Recruitment agencies;
Proven ability in project management, execution and deliver consistent positive results against objectives;
Operating within a highly matrix organisation;
Capability and flexibility to adapt to the change management in complex, international, multi-cultural and fast moving environment;
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the recruitment process and successfully manage challenging assignments;
Proven track record in direct sourcing and talent pooling activities;
Good knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, particularly relating to the candidate experience, quality of hire and Employer Brand;
Strong analytical skills;
Ability to communicate at all levels within a matrix organization;
Comprehensive behavioural based interviewing and candidate assessment skills;
Using advanced Internet sourcing methods (Boolean search and social and professional platforms: LinkedIn, Monster, Facebook, Xing, forums, communities, complex Boolean strings etc.);
Fluency in English Language.
The role will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to proactively and efficiently fill vacancies with internal and external talent utilising best practices in the full life-cycle recruitment. This role will also be responsible for supporting our regional talent acquisition strategies for all functions, including non-management up to senior management positions.
Ensure end to end recruitment processes for open roles are implemented consistently, efficiently and cost-effectively in accordance with the organisation's policies and standards;
Recommend improvements for recruitment processes and systems & market best practice in line with business requirements;
Drive a direct sourcing approach for all vacancies through a variety of channels building talent pools for future requirements in key skills areas;
Ensure, where applicable, the appropriate on-boarding process is in place for all new colleagues;
Communicate with and update stakeholders throughout all stages of the recruitment process;
Work towards pre-defined and agreed metrics and SLAs;
Have a complete awareness at all times of the impact of brand awareness and the part that it plays with employer brand;
Use cold calling and direct headhunting to approach potential candidates;
Constantly develop knowledge of current market place and trends at an international level;
Use Social Media channels (Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn) to advertise, promote vacancies, seeks candidates and reinforce the professional network;
Recruiting on a variety of profiles, such as: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Technical with different seniority levels, different specifications.
