- Continuous Software Analysis and Configuration of Payroll/HR processes
- Develop, maintain and debug Payroll calculation worksheets with Soft1 toolset
- Keep up with the latest law modifications
- Audit and validation of new payroll calculation versions • Training and support for customer’s/partner’s users

• Relevant IT and Payroll/HR background
• Proven experience as IT Payroll/HR specialist/consultant
• Analytical thinking, able to manage easy calculation formulas
• Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Flexibility in communication, adaptability, spirit of cooperation and teamwork
• Ability to communicate with customers and partners

It will be appreciated in particular:
• Experience in customization on Soft1 ERP
• Experience in using and customizing other ERP systems • Experience in using other programming languages
• Knowledge of Reporting Tools and BI
