• Pasiune evidentă pentru tehnologia blockchain, în special Ethereum, cunoașterea și înțelegerea acesteia
• Proiecte proprii realizate în timpul liber sau în cadrul facultății în această arie, încercări de implementare proprie a unei aplicații distribuite
• Experientă de minimum 6 luni în (nu neapărat cu contract de muncă, poate să fi făcut proiecte de freelancing, personale sau în cadrul studiilor, dar relevante):
o Analiză, proiectare și dezvoltare aplicații software, preferabil full stack
o Dezvoltarea de aplicații în limbaje obiectuale de nivel înalt
• Limba engleză – nivel mediu
• Abilități avansate în JavaScript
• Familiar cu metodologia de dezvoltare Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Dezvoltarea de aplicații cu utilizare în Blockchain pe Linux/Android
• Implicarea în fazele de proiectare și dezvoltare ale produsului software
• Testarea la nivel de modul software al aplicațiilor dezvoltate.
