Ce vei face in acest rol? Iata responsabilitatile:
Participi la intocmirea si implementarea planului anual de training
Propui colegilor si managerilor alternative optime de formare profesionala, in linie cu nevoile individuale si/sau organizationale.
Esti responsabil pentru activitati administrative asociate organizarii training-urilor - rezervarea salilor, inscrierea colegilor, transmiterea invitatiilor, organizare catering, si altele.
Participi la selectia furnizorilor si programelor de dezvoltare si esti responsabil pentru intocmirea, monitorizarea, inregistrarea si arhivarea formularelor si contractelor cu furnizorii relevanti.
Intocmesti, verifici si urmaresti formularele de aprobare a platilor aferente programelor de training
Introduci si actualizezi datele referitoare la activitatea de training in baza de date HR /sau alte sisteme interne.
Pui in aplicare programe de training on-the-job si orientation, asigurand un proces de comunicare eficient cu toate partile implicate.
