    Requirements

    • Limba engleza – nivel avansat (cunoaşterea unei alte limbi străine constituie un avantaj)
    • Experienţa anterioară de lucru pe un rol similar
    • Cunoştinţe medii sau avansate de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel şi Access)
    • Cunoştinţe fundamentale cu privire la baze de date (SQL sau PL/ SQL sau T-SQL)
    • Bune aptitudini de comunicare
    • Capacitate de analiza
    • Nivel inalt de acuratete, atentie la detalii,
    • Aptitudini de organizare planificare si control
    • Abilitate de a lua iniţiativa şi de a dezvolta soluţii
    • Abilitatea de a lucra sub presiune si de a respecta termenele limita



    Responsibilities

    Analiza rezultatelor si prevenirea riscurilor generate de proiecte si proceduri

    • Analizeaza si urmareste cauzele unor posibile derapaje, calculeaza impactul financiar si propune managerilor de proiect modalitati de remediere
    • Dispune de rezultate business foarte complexe
    • Prognozeaza impactul pe care diverse decizii il pot avea asupra implementarii unor proiecte si comunica rezultatele analizei catre management
    • Interpreteaza analize si rapoarte complexe, facand recomandari si/ sau decizii in probleme moderate sau complexe
    • Ofera expertiza si orientare pentru a imbunatati procedurile si stabilirea politicilor
    • Masoara, revizuieste si analizeaza eficienta si eficacitatea procedurilor definite
    • In echipele de proiect poate lucra in fazele de planificare, testare si implementare
    • Urmareste progresul performantei procedurilor si informeaza managementul la cerere
    • Construieste legături puternice cu celelate departamente si detine cunostiinte ridicate de business si proceduri in aria Business Risk Management
    • Sustine si asista managerii de proiect, oferind si analiza post-implementare acolo unde aceasta este necesara
