    Be fluent in Dutch / Polish / Czech and in English
    Have work experience in first or second line support

    For this specific position you will need to:

    Take ownership of technical issues and collaborate with our development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
    Be analytical with a willingness to explore options to solve technical customer issues
    Communicate effectively with customers, including expectations for callbacks and follow-up on their issues
    Follow helpdesk process to support cases
    Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
    Provide technical advice and answering queries from clients
    Update records with resolutions
    Suggest improvements to working practices
