For one of our partner, an important financial services company, a technology leader and the one of the largest manufacturer of construction and natural gas and diesel engines we are recruiting a Senior System Analyst.

- Min. 4 years of experience in IT area;
- Experience in implementation Charisma system, or any other leasing system;
- Experience in administration of SQL server;
- Systems administration (Active Directory, Windows, Linux, Oracle);
- Software Development/Configuration Knowledge;
- Understand software technologies and application hosting environments;
- Upper-Intermediate English knowledge both spoken & written;
- Min. IT Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience may be substituted for education);
- Openness for business travel;
- Well-developed communication skills;
- Ability to work under time pressure;
- Experience in leasing or financial institution will be an advantage.

- Support implementation of Charisma system for several business units (EAME region)
- Cooperation with system supplier to adjust requirements for business needs
- Create and execute unit test plans
- Support system and integration test efforts
- Analyze and resolve code defects
- Administration of the system after implementation
- Ability to collaborate with Designers, Architects and testers to optimize the quality of integrated solutions
- Interface with other IT areas and business customer
- Handles projects or work with defined scope in own discipline and typically has a short-term focus
- Works with guidance on small-scale team/unit projects
- Solves problems in own specialty areas
- Makes worthwhile improvements to existing programs, and procedures
- Makes practical suggestions for improving work processes in own area
- Works for consensus and contributes to achievement of work group goals
