    Essential requirements

    University Degree
    At least 2 years working experiences similar field
    Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
    Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Power BI or any other BI tool equivalent
    Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work
    Adaptable to learn new process, concepts and skills
    Ability to work well under pressure
    Good organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
    Very good ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of the organisation and within multiple functions


    Desirable requirements

    Experience with Success Factor, SAP HR, SAP Talent and a master data quality management processes is an advantage
    DAX programming language and/or VBA knowledge

    Responsabilitati

    Job Scope:

    Combining data analysis and visualization skills to deliver analytical insight to the Business;
    Driving effective decision making in talent analytics to improve key company metrics;
    Working closely with stakeholders to deliver HR strategy;


    Principal Accountabilities:

    Execute timely and accurate data reporting on both regular & ad-hoc basis, applying the agreed global guidelines to ensure consistency in the way the data is presented;
    Perform consistency checks on data vital to Talent & OE reporting and coordinate follow-up actions to correct the data;
    Collect, reformat and upload data to and from multiple sources in order to ensure successful data consolidation;
    Provide subject matter expertise and advice on OE data and reporting;
    Support the design and implementation of analytics solutions that meet the needs of BAT’s global population, underpinned by a sound knowledge of BAT`s strategic and operating plans;
    Ability to operate regionally but being managed from a single global delivery centre;
    Delivers the technical build of analytical insights, with SME support from Team Leader, managing scope, quality and usability of analytical solutions;
    Supports Business leaders, Line Managers and HR teams in designing, developing and implementing relevant metrics and measurements for workforce productivity, ROI, HR programme effectiveness, risk management and more to improve bottom line business results;
    Reporting of trends to inform business of evolution and formulate recommendations;
    Monitoring own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & KPIs;
    Identifies opportunities to improve current processes with Talent & OE
    Based on reports, compare the accuracy of the data between the quarterly reported metrics, analyse variation and implement corrective measures;
    Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions;
    Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality.
    Designs BI dashboards to visualize key metrics while maintaining UX at a high level
