Responsibilities:
- Process and investigate Sales orders through Financial statuses (invoice print and sales update booking to the ledgers), which went into error due to finance, technical & business reasons
- Booking of corrections of orders, that were wrongly processed to simulate the correct impact
- Preparation of Intercompany Netting (documents for payment) by closing respective invoices per month and discuss with senior members of the team any discrepancies or issues appeared
- Creation of related Intercompany orders based on finance matrix
- Raising IT tickets related to issues with orders and their follow-up
- Maintain Batch posting revision in JDE 8.12 & SQL and assist with solving errors
- Prepare accounts reconciliations together with repairing journal entries in order to clean the balances
- Conduct basic research improving related issues and request schedulers for missing scenarios on a regular basis
- Update working instructions
Qualifications
- Finance & Accounting background
- MS Office (advanced MS Excel knowledge required)
- Experience in working with ERP system
- Proficient level of written and spoken English
- Stress resistant – ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail
