Our story

The ORTEC journey started in the early 1980s. Who you are
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology or comparable studies
• Good experience in C# and VB.NET
• Experience in SQL and relational databases
• Experience with JavaScript is an advantage
• Strong in object oriented developing
• You are able to think as a user in order to come to solutions that are user-friendly
• Good in managing tasks and people, making sure quality standards, planning and requirements are met
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbally and in writing)
• Not afraid to challenge ideas posed by others with constructive arguments
• Passionate about IT and always looking to improve the user experience
• A good humored teamplayer
• You have no issue with traveling as part of your job

What you will do
• Review and discuss technical designs and solutions for different projects varying in size
• (Peer) Review developed software, test bugfixes and proofread documentation
• Design solutions based on use-cases
• Develop your own assignments and help your team with their assignments
• Be the connecting link between your team and your Dutch colleagues
