    • Ability to work on the night shift (4PM-1AM);
    • Minimum: University Degree in Human Resources / Psychology or related field with a good academic record;
    o The candidate must have passed the final exam;
    • At least three (3) years of full life-cycle recruiting experience;
    • Experience leveraging social media platforms and job boards to find quality talent;
    • Outstanding oral and written communication skills (proficient in English – Cambridge C2 as a base-line);
    • Analytical skills and able to quickly analyze large quantities of information in order to provide appropriate responses within very short time frames, alongside critical and innovative thinking;
    • Ability to use analytical skills by turning ideas or data into workable information, products and programs;
    • Ability to work non-standard hours;
    • Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;


    • Support Engineering, Industrial and / or Professional teams in order to identify, attract and hire the best talent at a professional level;
    • Involved in the full life-cycle of the recruiting process;
    • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, job boards, Boolean searches and other various platforms in order to recruit both active and passive candidates for current positions and built talent pipelines for future career opportunities;
    • Develop and apply working knowledge of current HR laws and regulations (e.g. EEOC, FLSA, diversity recruiting, interview best practices);
    • Research current industry recruiting programs and practices;
