    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
    - At least 3 years’ experience
    - Solid knowledge of manufacturing principles, Human Factor
    - Leadership
    - MS Office
    - Good English level; basic statistical knowledge

    Responsibilities

    - Coordinate the HPT processes and procedures application in the plant
    - Coordinate regular meetings of the HP Teams and prepare indicators of performance for analysis of progress and deviations
    - Deliver the necessary training to administrative employees and hourly personnel in the Plant’s departments
    - Promote organizational culture change among departments and within the Plant
    - Support the Plant Manager and production manager to design and control the productivity bonus based on HPT variable compensation procedure
    - Realize the strategy and vision to improve the HPT system together with the Plant Manager
    - Establish the future strategy for the improvement of the HPT system, searching for Best Business
    - Elaborate on and update HPT policies and procedures; and design specific scorecards of the departments and teams in close cooperation with the department managers
    - Continuous follow up of the implementation of the HPT methodology
    - Give regular advice to the Plant Manager and Production Manager to bring teams to self direction
