Supply Production Leader

Decathlon Romania is hiring a Supply Production Leader, full time, for our office in Timișoara. We are all delighted sportspeople who have turned our passion into our job, which is to “make sports accessible to the many”. Decathlon develops, produces and sells multi-brand sports equipment for in-house brands dedicated to the pleasure and excitement of sports for all customers, from beginners to professionals.

What do you have to do:
As a Supply Production Leader, you will join our mission to make sports accessible to all by ensuring that our innovative sports products are available every season. You will lead the continuous improvement of the supply organization and you will have the chance to use your love of sports in a dynamic job, in the office, and in our factories by working with other sports enthusiasts.

Your Tasks:
- you prepare every season with a project team and my suppliers for products under my responsibility;
- you set up a complete, accurate & updated referencing in our supply management system;
- You master the cost breakdown of my products and work on cost optimization;
- You build a relevant production planning and evaluation capacities and components needs;
- You manage the orders and guarantee the delivery on time and availability in stores on all products;
- You will lead the continuous improvement of the supply organization in our suppliers;

This is you:
- a sports enthusiast, you practice a sport regularly;
- good level of English (B2/C1 or above);
- driver license mandatory;
-curious and handy, you like to carry out investigations by yourself on the field;
-engineering studies (it is a plus);
-energetic, responsible, organized, autonomous;
-team spirit, willing to share;
-available to travel abroad for work and training;
-computer skills.
