Sales Support Specialist with English (back office)

• Knowledge of distribution channels business and general procedures
• 2-4 years previous experience, ideally in a client-oriented business environment
• Fluent in English
• Very good command of Microsoft Office
• Analytical skills
• Excellent communication, networking and teamwork abilities
• Fast problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills
• Detail oriented

Providing support to:
• Business Managers in EMEA
• Authorized Supplies Distributors or partners across EMEA
Training support for the sales teams, distributors, partners or internal organizations from the EMEA region.
• Sales Operations specific programs and processes
• Platforms, reports and applications used to manage Sales Operations activity
Providing supplies product information and content availability for distributors/partners and Business Managers (Partner First Portal management)
Providing communications, ad-hoc or pre-defined, to Channel or internal teams.
