Digital Marketing Specialist (HTML Specialist)

If you have:
· Good HTML programming skills
· Experience with customer support, support ticketing and reporting system
· Thorough understanding of content and syndication systems and processes or similar system and/or operations processes
· Advanced knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Office applications
· Mastery in English

Your responsibilities will include:
· Acting as global point of contact for daily and ad-hoc syndication L1/L2 support
· Delivering L1/L2 and content platforms support across all regions
· Troubleshooting and issue resolution; root cause analysis
· Identifying support and process improvements; providing support on change management initiatives
· Creating reports and business metric to support the customer, the operations teams and technical support
