    Responsabilitati

    As Marketing Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying needs and opportunities relevant to our target markets, for collecting key insights and best practices and translate them into business recommendations for the bank’s higher management.
    Previous working experience in Marketing is nice, but not important. It’s your drive, intelligence, creativity and curiosity that will make a difference!

    Most frequent tasks:
    • Being always up to date with latest developments as regard to our defined target markets
    • Prepare case studies and alternative business scenarios for potential new products and services
    • Collect and analyze international market insights and business strategies
    • Daily and periodical reports to higher management in order to maintain the bank’s sustainable growth on the target markets
    • Propose and monitor non-financial projects, with a clear goal on customer experience and retention
