    • A minimum degree in commerce/ economics/ integrated supply chain (equivalent of Bachelor’s degree).
    • End user knowledge for ERP systems like SAP, BI/BO, Tableau
    • Strong skills in usage of Microsoft Office pack
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written communication)
    • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions.
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands

    1. Supporting SIOP Portfolio Cross Regions
    • Working closely with Regional Product Marketing Leaders by providing all standard analysis and prepare the standard Portfolio Pack
    • Identify gaps in the process and work closing with Marketing Department and drive gap closing actions according with corporate requirements for New Product Introduction (NPI) Planning, End of Life and Portfolio Rationalization Planning
    • Perform Excess and IOS (Inactive Obsolete Surplus) Inventory Analysis and work closely with Marketing Leaders to drive excess inventory reduction while shaping the existing cross functional process
    • Run the analysis of Portfolio Classification and drive the process end to end at regional level
    2. Supporting SIOP Demand Cross Regions
    • Working closely with Regional Demand Managers by providing all standard analysis and prepare the standard Demand Pack
    • Run the analysis for Regional Sales Forecast using pipeline data, perform the changes requested by the team in the report structure and provide week over week changes
    • Provide Global Standardized Forecast Accuracy calculation and perform Pareto analysis

    3. Supporting Global SIOP Process
    • Working closely with GBE SIOP leader and provide the requested rolls up from Portfolio and Demand
    • Support GBE SIOP leader for SIOP Reconciliation and Executive review by providing the standard meeting pack
    • Sustain all SIOP projects, development and improvement initiatives as required by the business leadership
