Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
Keen interest in understanding of Sourcing, Sourcing Operations and Tactical Buying processes and best practice.

Provide support for a range of sourcing services covering the end-to-end sourcing lifecycle, including: market analysis, running market tenders, contract negotiation, contract drafting as well as tactical and support-related activities. Provide support in market tenders to determine select suppliers;
Provide support in analysis of proposals and producing recommendations;
Provide support in negotiating deals (of varying size and complexity) to achieve optimal commercial, specification, compliance and contractual outcomes;
Provide support in drafting contracts;
Ensure compliance with functional KPIs, SLAs and other performance objectives;
Maintain strong relationships with internal, client and supplier stakeholders.
