    Responsabilities:

    • Complaint handling Medical Devices
    • Data quality monitoring, Risk assessment of complaints
    • Managing and controlling of global field actions
    • International complaint and vigilance trainings
    • International complaint management related to:

                - Complaint data analysis

                - Preparation of dedicated Quality and Vigilance Reports

               - Controlling of communication with Authorities

    •  Planning of Post Market Surveillance (PMS) and assessment
    •  Complaint data quality improvement and follow-up
    •  Expertise Sharing and training at Headquarters in Germany

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent English skills (verbal / written)
    • Technical education (University)
    • Extended experience in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Basic database knowledge
    • Able to work independently
    • Organized, with good communication skills
    • Team player
    • Willing to travel internationally
