Technical lead

As Technical Lead you are part of our Innovation Team that has been developing innovative research technology, methods and techniques sincever the last years our innovations have led to several international awards and over 30 publications. The Innovation Team has always been the beating heart stirring company growth.

Within the team, your domain of expertise is .NET Development: making sure we stay ahead with the development of our proprietary research platforms & tools. We are looking for a technical wizard who can steer the development team towards a common technical vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• You develop in .NET, C#, Angular and Microsoft SQL Server
• Together with the Technical Lead in Ghent (Belgium) you are accountable for the design and maintenance of our technical architecture
• You are accountable for the design and maintenance of our technical architecture
• You team up with product owners and other developers to review and qualify business requirements, functional specifications, use-cases, and test plans
• You step in on technical debates, and work with internal stakeholders to define technical options and agree on solutions for future streams of work
• You actively share your expertise and act as a source of inspiration for your colleagues
• You work in an agile development team, according to the SCRUM-methodology

The product you will be working on is the Consumer Consulting Square. A Consumer Consulting Square is a closed, online and mobile community of interesting and interested consumers, collaborating with an organization or brand over time. Participants are carefully selected and screened in function of desired group diversity and the strategic challenges to be met. Applying a suite of consumer collaboration modes, we unleash the consulting potential of everyday consumers.

REQUIREMENTS

General requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in ICT or a similar domain
• At least 7 years of developing web application
• Good knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server
• Ability to establish and follow an enterprise framework for all phases of software development:
• Software architecture experience including design, documentation, and analysis
• Angular knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
