    Requirements

    - Experience in managing personal and production activity, minimum 2 - 3
    years
    - Experience in Medical/Pharma field is a plus
    - Experience in transfer projects (rump-up production)
    - Communication skills, teamwork, motivation and determination
    - Ability to coordinate, evaluate and make decisions
    - Knowledge of LEAN principles
    - Knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office)
    - Good English knowledge ; German is a plus
    - Teamwork Skills
    - Organized person, paying attention to details

    Responsibilities

    - Manage resources on a daily basis (people, materials and equipment) to achieve production targets for indicators
    - Involved in to the know-how of operating the equipment’s related to the production process
    - Monitor and pursue proper implementation of quality systems and procedures and develop corrective actions to ensure product quality standards
    - Ensure that followed health and safety practices in the area of production to comply with local labor protection and environmental legislation requirements
    - Evaluate, recommend and propose solutions in terms of labor and assignment of work to ensure the effectiveness of the department
    - Facilitate implementation of technical projects to assist the production of new products as products change
    - Participate in the recruitment and selection process for all production staff to ensure their suitability appointment and compatibility with existing staff
    - Evaluation of personal and keeping records about their performance and behavior
