    AVX Electronics este o companie americana cu peste 30 de ani experienta in industria Automotive. Compania noastra isi desfasoara activitatea in Romania din 2012, in prezent avem peste 460 de angajati, apartinem industriei electronice si avem ca obiect de activitate productia de placute electronice, componente electronice, pedale de acceleratie, senzori si module cu tehnologie LED.

    Cerinte

    •University degree in related field required;
    •At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment job role inside HR organization;
    •Experience within an industrial manufacturing company or in a recruitment agency would be an advantage;
    •Solid understanding and knowledge of HR processes and Romanian labour law;
    •Active and out of the box recruiting approach to address local labour market trends;
    •Experience in using recruitment channels, social networks, specialized job boards and recruitment tools;
    •Strong interpersonal skills to act as a business partner for functional managers in the selection process;
    •Ability to communicate persuasively and build relationships at all levels (candidates, superiors and managers);
    •Proficient knowledge and computer literate on Microsoft Office;
    •Fluent communicator in English language;

    Responsabilitati

    •Define together with functional managers the hiring needs
    •Define job profile, key skill set and responsibilities for each requisition
    •Perform efficient and cost effective recruiting campaigns specific for each requisition
    •Perform initial candidates screening based on defined job profile
    •Organize and coordinate the interviews and candidate assessment process
    •Collect and share feedback from the interview process with the managers
    •Act as business partner for the managers proving social skills assessment of the candidates
    •Build and maintain a solid data base of qualified candidates for various positions in the organization
    •Keep evidence of significant recruitment data, build reports on major indicators influencing the recruitment process
