- Experience level: 1-5 years
- University studies in the field of law
- Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to organize the activity in accordance with deadlines
- Ability to simultaneously cover multiple tasks
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills through social media networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Legal knowledge is an advantage
- Preparing documents and execution of formalities and operations in relation to the Trade Register
- Preparing addresses and responses to various authorities relevant to the company's activity
- Administrating document’s entries and exists, receive / send fax, send documents by courier service
- Centralizing and transmission of weekly and monthly reports
- Responsible for internal and external communication activities, such as brand management, press releases, designing written materials for social media, media relations, CEO’s conference participation planning
- Organizing international and internal visits
