HVAC Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists at AmRest Coffee - Starbucks Romania for a dynamic HVAC Coordinator.

The HVAC Coordinator will be exposed to a variety of areas, with primary focus on providing direct support to the Facility team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Makes sure preventive / reactive maintenance of existing HVAC systems according to Brands and AmRests standards and according to local technical law rules and requirements. Supervises new projects of HVAC systems and HVAC systems renovation in AmRest´s units.

• Makes sure HVAC reactive services available in all AmRest´s units in responsible area, including price and invoices administration and costs management responsibility

• Organises tenders for preventive/reactive services. Negotiates HVAC systems element prices and buying and warranty conditions including warranty claims administration

• Makes sure to have all items related with HVAC regular preventive services and reactive services on internal platforms.

• Identifies HVAC problems and provides supervision (and measurement) of proper functionality of existing HVAC systems in AmRest restaurants

• Shares with AmRest´s Design team best practices in terms of HVAC elements, proper functionality and cost-saving ideas. Tracks new trends in World of HVAC technologies

• Makes sure to have all protocols, certificates, inspections, tests and other documents related with HVAC systems and requested by local law, standards, norms and rules existing/new/renovated restaurants

• Supervises HVAC vendor’s works in new/renovated HVAC systems to make sure high standard of quality of works and requested HVAC parameters.

Main requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC area

• Technical knowledge of HVAC systems

• Knowledge of HVAC standards, norms and code (law)

• MS Office, BMS systems - fit with remote control of HVAC systems

• High school / university diploma in mechanical engineering

• Project management skills

• Negotiation skills

• Financial and planning analysis skills

• Driving license for a car
