    Catalyst Solutions is a full-service company with 12 years of experience in recruitment, talent attraction and employer branding. We have the privilege of working with some of the most well-known companies in the world: IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Deloitte, EY Romania, Vodafone.


    • 3+ years of experience in running and optimizing PPC campaigns in the Google ecosystem (AdWords,Remarketing, Display, Gmail Ads, Youtube) Facebook and Linkedin;
    • Proven capabilities around audience segmentation and targeted messaging;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (advanced English);
    • Good knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO), social advertising, and web usability;
    • Knowledge about HR systems & recruitment would be nice :) 
    • Basic HTML, CSS, Photoshop, Illustrator are nice to have, good skills would be a strong advantage; 

    • Manage PPC campaigns: Google Adwords, Display & Remarketing, Facebook and Linkedin campaigns;
    • Work closely with the project managers on online campaigns and advise on best channels to use for each project;
    • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaign performance data to improve conversion rates, decrease CPA, increase ROI, and reach the campaigns objectives;
    • Monitor and report the performance of all Catalyst Solutions online campaigns using Google Analytics;
    • Develop digital promo materials: online banners, newsletters, landing pages, apps etc. involving external providers where needed;  
    • Create relevant landing pages that will support campaigns and maximize engagement with candidates & employers;
    • Initiate and explore new partnership opportunities for online campaigns;
    • Support project managers in order to improve the social media presence for our projects;
    • Increase the level of skills for digital marketing across all team members (clases, tutorials);
    • Develop a “digital profile” of target segments where they are, how they interact in order to increase conversions.
