• University degree :economics or technical, international relations is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar role.
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with customers and partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
• Ability to understand technical details.
• Active listening, open minded and proactive.
• Logical thinking, organizing and planning skills
• Discretion and capacity to manage information.

• Establish and maintain good working and commercial relations with both internal and external suppliers in order to enhance the Company’s image and reputation.
• Negotiations with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, promotional materials and placing orders to them.
• Exploring and finding collaborations for transports of goods from the supplier to the head office and to the customers warehouse.
• Check stocks and ensures that there is goods in the warehouse to honor the orders received;
• Coordinate the relationship with work points by tracking inventories, verifying sales, capitalizing on monthly inventory results;
• Follow customer balances and withdrawals from them / check existing credit limits;
• Draws up various situations and reports requested by superiors.
