• You have a highly developed sense of service and you want to build an incredible partnership with stores in order to satisfy each sporty users.
• Team spirit oriented, you have a strong managerial / coaching convictions and like to work in the field each day in support of your team and your colleagues.
• You are hands – on, dynamic, persistent, creative, you have the sense of challenge, responsibility and organization.
• You're a person of action who is not afraid to take decisions and comunicate easily with passion.

STUDIES:

• Ideally, Master degree in economics, engineer, logistics, transport.
• You own a car and a valid driving licence.

In our Logistics center of Bucharest (Stefanestii de Jos), you will be responsible for:

• The supply of our omnichannel business in Romania and Bulgaria.
• In total autonomy you will choose, integrate, train and manage your team (15 to 25 teammates) to ensure the achievement of your goals.
• Serving your customers and the development of our logistics process, you will coach your team giving it sense, motivation and competence to ensure short leadtimes, lower costs and service quality.
