    Responsabilitati

    Support Factory Governance:
    Pro-active support for governance needs of the factory, including logistic, Hr, purchasing, legal, etc..
    Support with the company tools (PPM, SAP, Archimede, ELSA, TOL SharePoint, Charisma, HR Gate, other).
    Report to direct manager anomalies, proposals for improving the status if considered necessary but also report non compliance with company regulations & processes, gaps in communication or misunderstandings.
    Visibility of change and run project budget in order to proactively support project managers and factory manager in planning and control:
    Support the manager/colleague in administrative issues with all activities necessary to reach a budget commitment in line with the approved planning by making sure, where possible, to highlight the effort of administrative steps that are to be considered within the project plan.
    Support with all activities leading to service confirmations being created on time and in line with the service delivery and making sure that all engaged resources are covered by an allocation and task assignment in the staffing profile.
    Project and Portfolio Management Center Administration:
    Support for the PMs and Heads of Factory in administrating the creation, monitoring and management of the projects in PPM
    Quality Support:
    Support in operative process monitoring and their quality
    End to End processes control
    Spot checks and support for enhancement
    Complying with the regulations:
    Ensures, guarantees and respects the confidentiality of the information, general legal provisions, internal norms and procedures, as well as HR information, both personal and related to other employees
    Ensures the fulfillment of any other tasks requested by the Law and/or assigned by the Management of the Bank and/or by the hierarchical or functional superior
