    Job objectives

    • Development, stabilization and improvement of industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency and maximize profitability
    • Defining process parameters for AOI


     Participate in ordering new equipment / machines used for production.

    • Evaluate, qualify and introduce production equipment and new processes
    • Support the development and lounch of new products and production
    • Create and modify work instructions, defined process parameters
    • Provide training production staff, especially supervisors
    • Analyze and improve processes
    • Collaborates directly with all other departments
    • Responsible for production operation smoothly in accordance with defined parameters
    • Participate in meeting specific to the job, the communication and reporting
    • Provide technical support for manufacturing processes
    • Ensure compliance with technical requirements of customers
    • Monitor the production performance of the SPC
    • Analyze and solves the problems in the production process
    • Give guidance, support and act direct input for the team that accomplished production
    • It is responsible for support the management and interpretation of tests specific production processes
    • Check the literature and assimilate information generated by others, in order to solve the relevant technical problems
    • Developing or recommendation, as possible, best practice and latest technologies


    • University degree in electronics / mechanical / electromechanical Engineering
    • Fluent English is mandatory
    • IT Skills: MS Office, SAP
    • Engineering or technical experience
    • Experience in optical inspection systems, mechanical design, pneumatic, electro-technic; statistical methods, documentation, lean production systems
    • Experience in documentation preparation for production, control plan, FMEA
    • Good communication skills, team orientation, team player, problem solving skills
    • Structured and analytical thinking
    • Ability to deal with conflict and challenges
    • Skills to present achievements and challenges to management
