    Purpose of the function:

    Staffing, Tariff & Transfers (STT) owns the operational and transactional responsibility for all recruitment and allocation processes of Deutsche Telekom AG, including job posting, applicant management, diary management, contract creation and the SAP HR data input.


    Key Responsibilities of the function:

    • Responsibility for efficient steering, planning and monitoring of the contracting teams as well as for the service delivery in terms of time, quality and costs
    • Comprehensive resource management of the teams
    • Establishment of clear structures, interfaces and responsibilities among the teams and securing of information and communication comprehensively
    • Securing and promotion of the evolving knowledge transfer
    • Capturing of data, information and verifications
    • Reporting to superior management
    • Identification and realization of optimization potentials in the processes
    • Development of partial strategies for the establishment of international networks and global (virtual) team structures
    • Steering and development of the HR processes in particular responsibility and alignment with stakeholders (product management, clients, etc.)
    • Enhancement of productivity, quality and service considering standardization and automation potentials
    • Project lead in comprehensive national and international HR projects
    • Securing compliance and data privacy rules


    Experience and Skills required:

    • University degree in business administration, business informatics or comparable education
    • 3-5 years of work experience with managerial responsibility
    • Fast perception and quality oriented working
    • High assertiveness, persuasiveness and persistence
    • Joined-up thinking
    • Pronounced customer and service alignment with simultaneous efficiency
    • Engagement, resilience and flexibility
    • Very good knowledge of the German and English language (B2 or higher)
    • Knowledge in handling IV-systems (HR Suite, SAP HR, AMS-Personal, Adobe Acrobat, MS-Office)

    • Advanced German language skills (written and spoken)
