    What are we looking for?​

    A self-starting professional who can create a training strategy for outsourced tele-sales teams and coordinate the implementation of such a strategy through a good collaboration with tele-sales supervisors and manager.

    A fast leaner who can partner with the Sales Management team, understand priorities and incorporate the learnings into a training mechanism to support the growth of company business.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree.
    Very good knowledge of English
    Previous relevant experience in training/ L&D domains (3-4 years)

    Responsabilitati

    The successful candidate will coordinate training activities for tele-sales team in 3 central locations of EMEEA

    Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.

    May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other nonexempt employees.

    Ensures that both transactional and aggregated data are timely, accurate, organized and accessible.

    Develops specific and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators, sales productivity, and /or business goal attainment.

    Ensures recorded transactions and customer information is appropriately secure and that data retrieval and reporting capabilities meet the needs of internal sales, operational support, delivery and audit teams and in accordance with local legal compliance and policy requirements.

    Interfaces with internal stakeholders, partners and end customers to communicate status or resolve issues arising during or after the sales cycle.

    Provides knowledge expertise to the company's operations community to optimize, simplify, and standardize the use of customer and sales data for decision making.

    Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways.
