    Job description:

    • Support the implementation of a capacity and skill management system for HR services
    • Carry out measurements and monitor checks of the capacity planning system
    • Perform planning maintenance actions
    • Align forecast and capacity planning with stakeholders
    • Single point of contact for incidents regarding the capacity planning tool
