    Requirements

    • Fluent English + another foreign language would be considered a plus (Hebrew);
    • Very good computer skills (Opera);
    • Customer service oriented;
    • Warm, friendly, outgoing personality, very good hospitality skills;
    • Excellent communication skills, calm professional disposition, ability to support and help co-workers;
    • Ability and desire to learn;
    • Honesty, ability to meet standards and appearance;
    • Willing to work in weekends, holidays and flexible shifts.

    Responsibilities

    • To offer and maintain a kind, sincere and professional service to all guests and to display a friendly and enthusiastic attitude;
    • To welcome every guest in a positive manner;
    • To contribute actively to the total quality and to strive in accomplish all duties quickly and very accurate;
    • To offer high quality services in a friendly and warm manner to each guest;
    • To welcome every guest smiling and to keep always a professional approach;
    • To follow the proper check-in and check-out procedures;
    • To have good knowledge about the computer usage and to learn each time the system is changed or updated.
