Equipment control:

Returns and correctly stores unused equipment including fixtures, mannequins, props & graphic frames
Manages fixtures with care to avoid damages

Ensures assigned doors and OR stores comply with European standards and guidelines to provide a brand shopping experience to all consumers
Ensures all windows are presented to a high standard including mannequins dressing and positioning, lighting direction, cleanliness, steaming and price communication (if applicable)
In charge of creating clear Shop-in-Shops for emphasizing category presentation with the correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools by supporting and consulting WHS/ FRANCHISE partners
Ensures correct use and positioning of In-Store Communication Tools in OR stores
Dresses in-store mannequins and places props correctly.
Applies and maintains Brand Retail and VM Standards.
Correct and in time submission of surveys into VM tool including taking and uploading pictures into the system (when applicable)
Flawless execution on Marketing activities aligned with marketing department
Trains all VM Champions on the VM standards and VM guidelines.
Keeps up-to-date on competitor analysis as well as current and upcoming fashion trends across the country area.
Optimization of full price sell out through implementation of Visual Excellence guidance.
Takes part in the new openings processes, both planning and implementation.
Visits retail stores regularly and makes sure that visual display standards are in the highest level.
Manages a team of VM Champions of Own Retail (CS and FO) stores, to execute the Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines in all stores concepts according to the VM calendar.
Delivers input for development of best practice processes, standards and operational plans for all stores and doors within area of responsibility, to support the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards and guidelines.
Supports further duties as requested by the Senior Visual Merchandiser Omni channel.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

Secondary education or equivalent professional experience
1 year dedicated instore VM experience is preferred
