    Job purpose

    Our Service desk technicians are in permanent contact with the Field Service teams in order to solve issues that occur in the network as fast as possible.

    Responsibilities:

    • Dispatch incoming tickets from our customer (take in ownership, update and answer them when the issue is solved)
    • Answer calls and log all issues in the ticketing system, accurately and in the agreed SLA;
    • Dispatch promptly Field Service teams to the location of the issue.
    • Communicate with the Field service teams via telephone and keep tickets up-to-date at all times
    • Give updates on all issues to the Customer SPOC when new information is required
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service at all times

    Responsabilitati

    Requirements:

    • BS/MS degree, preferable in energy, telecom, mechanical, computer science, automation or electronic field
    • Ability to understand technical aspects regarding telecommunication and power systems
    • Handle multiple tasks at the same time
    • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable (but not compulsory)
    • Interpersonal skills, listening skills, analytical skills and team spirit.
