    This would be considered a plus:

    - Certificate that proves English Skills;
    - Experience working Customer Support, Sales;
    - Experience in gambling;


    - Basic Knowledge of the online gambling industry – All Sales representatives must possess in depth knowledge of the product
    - Manage inbound requests/complaints via Chat, Phone, E-mail
    - Identify and assess customer needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Once the assessment is complete, agents will provide customers with appropriate solutions. All Sales representative must at all times provide accurate, valid and complete information when dealing with customers.
    - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
    - Build sustainable relationships with customers
    - Meet personal or team sales and QA quotas
    - Take the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
    - Generate sales leads.
